Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform picking, packing, and labeling of orders with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines strictly.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless workflow transition.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Manage inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
