Responsibilities
- Efficiently package, label, and prepare shipments for distribution using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet production targets
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards promptly to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation
- Flexibility to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with overtime as needed
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
