Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory scanning, labeling, and storage in a climate-controlled facility
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts with precision and safety protocols
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy for overnight shipping
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct cycle counts and report discrepancies to shift supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
