Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations according to strict quality standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect packages for damage and resolve shipping discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
