About the Role: As a Night Shift Warehouse Associate, you'll be the backbone of our 24/7 operations. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety while handling inventory, equipment operation, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Unload and verify incoming shipments against manifests
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks efficiently and safely
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Pass background check and drug screening
