Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders according to daily schedules and quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and maintain accurate inventory records
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and discrepancies; report issues to supervisor
- Maintain clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Assist in cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Reliable transportation to the 789 Industrial Park Drive location
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
