Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts with precision
- Maintain organized storage zones and efficient material flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to FIFO principles and quality control standards
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Flexible availability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
