Responsibilities
- Handle inventory management, scanning, and documentation of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized storage areas and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational continuity
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging integrity
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
- Participate in monthly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexibility to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM schedule
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
