Responsibilities
- Load, Unload, and Sort: Efficiently process inbound and outbound shipments during the night shift to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
