As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently during the critical night hours. Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain a safe work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse organized and clutter-free to facilitate efficient workflow and prevent accidents.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance checks on equipment and report any malfunctions immediately to supervisors.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate daily tasks and shifts.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Reliability: A strong track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Background Check: Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
