Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, storage, and dispatch operations during overnight shifts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Train and mentor new night shift associates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic computer literacy (WMS systems)
- Background check and drug screen required
