Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors safely and efficiently.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, and scanning.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the workspace to ensure operational standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail are preferred.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
