Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and stock organization within the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, when certified.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets safety standards before shipping.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following safety protocols at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety regulations.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a clean background check.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
