Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility efficiently and safely.
- Perform picking, packing, and scanning of orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are properly rotated (FIFO).
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of debris.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and walk on uneven surfaces.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new warehouse technologies.
