Responsibilities
- Efficiently operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to load and unload shipments safely.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and scanning of orders using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quality standards.
- Handle incoming and outgoing freight with care, ensuring proper documentation is completed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning devices.
