Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping according to standard operating procedures.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure stock levels are precise.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets customer requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the night shift team lead and cross-functional departments.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Availability: Must be available to work the 3rd Shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to read and follow written instructions.
