Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and speed.
- Inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies before processing.
- Maintain a 100% compliance record with all safety regulations and workplace protocols.
- Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and free of hazards.
- Assist in cycle counting and inventory management tasks.
- Communicate effectively with day shift supervisors during handover procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for scanning and logging inventory.
- Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
