Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems and perform cycle counts
- Coordinate cross-functional team workflows during peak hours
- Implement quality assurance protocols for outgoing shipments
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all operational activities
- Train night shift staff on new equipment and procedures
- Generate daily productivity and efficiency reports
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with WMS inventory systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
