Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accurate inventory counts.
- Inventory Management: Process incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records in our WMS system.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our quality standards before storage or shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related fields.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Certifications: Forklift certification (CDL preferred but not required).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
