As a key member of our night operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain runs smoothly while enjoying a quieter work environment and a significant pay differential. We are currently hiring immediately for our 3rd shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) team.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load and unload shipments accurately and quickly to meet daily quotas.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory audits and data entry as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Relevant forklift certification is a plus but not required.
