Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Monitor warehouse security and implement safety protocols during night shifts
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal workflow
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (night shifts: 10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Team player with strong communication abilities
