Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks with OSHA certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Train on new warehouse management systems
- Lead 5S initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- OSHA forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability for consistent night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
