Responsibilities
- Accurately process and pack customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment with strict safety protocols
- Perform quality control checks and inventory management in climate-controlled facilities
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Document daily activities and report equipment maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency
- Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible night schedules
