Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory through systematic stock checks and documentation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a hazard-free workspace
- Assist in quality control inspections and product sorting
- Support facility cleanliness and preventative maintenance tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy with WMS experience a plus
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
