Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to loading docks efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to protocols.
- Verify and count incoming stock to ensure accuracy of orders.
- Pack and prepare products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging standards are met.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits accurately.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
