The Role
As a Night Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. We offer a competitive shift differential and a supportive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations at all times.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless handover.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the night shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
