Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory orders with precision.
- Pick, pack, and prepare shipments for distribution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center environment is preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift certification.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
