Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with excellent attendance.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
