Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and stage inventory with precision and care.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Utilize handheld scanners to update inventory systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve daily workflow challenges.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols regarding heavy machinery and hazardous materials.
- Assist in physical inventory audits and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (2nd or 3rd shift).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
