Responsibilities
- Execute precise order picking/packing with 99.9% accuracy in climate-controlled environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts (OSHA-certified training provided)
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanning technology every 2 hours
- Maintain OSHA compliance through safety checks and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless shift transitions
- Document workflow updates in proprietary WMS system
- Support special projects during low-volume periods
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Valid state driver's license (forklift certification helpful)
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule with weekend rotation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
