Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with high accuracy and speed.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to strict company standards and customer requirements.
- Perform regular quality control checks to ensure all outgoing orders meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety regulations.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak times and perform cycle counts.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules (e.g., 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical stamina required: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
