Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and stage merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor belts.
- Inventory Management: Conduct accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records within the warehouse management system.
- Packaging: Apply appropriate packaging materials to ensure product integrity during transit.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages or discrepancies.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to optimize workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
