Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Maintain inventory counts and cycle counts in WMS system
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless handoffs
- Resolve discrepancies in real-time with shift supervisor
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and WMS familiarity
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Flexible availability (Monday-Sunday, 10 PM-6 AM)
