Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory with precision using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces per OSHA guidelines
- Perform cycle counts and reconciliation tasks
- Support training initiatives for new team members
Qualifications
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
