Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package shipments according to quality standards
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain organized inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Conduct routine safety checks and report equipment maintenance needs
- Support inventory control processes and documentation accuracy
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
