Responsibilities
- Handle inventory receiving, sorting, and storage with precision
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow
- Document inventory transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to work 11 PM – 7 AM schedule consistently
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to industrial park location
- Team player with strong communication skills
