Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanning technology
- Maintain optimal inventory levels through cycle counts and stock rotation
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities using WMS systems with 100% accuracy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification or forklift certification preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in RF scanning and basic WMS systems
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
