Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Safely operate powered equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Conduct quality control inspections and document discrepancies in shipping/receiving logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workstations
- Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds frequently and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-sponsored training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Availability to work 10 PM - 6 AM with weekend flexibility
- Basic computer proficiency with inventory software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
