Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package shipments using RF scanners and automated systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport inventory safely and efficiently
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain precise inventory records in WMS
- Collaborate with day shift teams for smooth transition of daily operations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock door management
- Report equipment malfunctions and operational discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
