Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Maintain organized inventory counts and conduct cycle counts per company protocols
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict safety compliance
- Package and label goods according to customer specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete daily shift reports and maintain detailed documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience or equivalent logistics exposure
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Proficient in basic inventory management software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
