Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory efficiently and safely
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers and process improvements
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments for timely delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain company-provided training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail with basic computer literacy
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance history
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
