Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and store incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with zero-error accuracy for next-day delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse environment through daily audits
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless inventory transitions
- Document all activities using warehouse management systems
- Participate in quarterly safety training and equipment certification
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Team player with proactive problem-solving abilities
