Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and distribution operations during overnight hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with precision and safety compliance
- Maintain accurate digital records of all transactions using WMS systems
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless shift transitions
- Implement quality control measures to maintain product integrity
- Optimize warehouse layout and processes for overnight efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment safety inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification for powered industrial equipment preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Proficient with WMS software and handheld scanning devices
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- Availability for consistent overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math and inventory documentation skills
