Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory control using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Safely operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts in a fast-paced environment
- Pick, pack, and ship high-value electronics and tech components
- Conduct quality assurance checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work 10-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 4:30 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- High school diploma or equivalent required
