Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and cycle counting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve fulfillment challenges
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards during all warehouse activities
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflows
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain (training provided)
- Availability to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM with flexible weekend scheduling
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Excellent teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
