Responsibilities
- Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to move products efficiently
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using RF scanners
- Maintain organized storage systems and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Inspect and package goods according to quality standards
- Complete digital documentation and reporting in real-time
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail with basic math skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexibility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
