Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits
- Inspect products for quality compliance before shipping
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with overnight logistics team to meet daily targets
- Complete digital paperwork and warehouse management tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Valid driver's license preferred (forklift operation)
- Reliable transportation to 2850 Industrial Blvd
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
