Our night shift operations are critical to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our clients' products. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in the supply chain, working independently and efficiently to meet our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing slips with high accuracy.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks with precision and care.
- Sort, pack, and prepare items for shipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management software to update inventory levels in real-time.
- Assist in stock rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (clean driving record) preferred.
