Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control systems and conduct accurate stock counts during overnight hours
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety compliance
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and maintain detailed documentation
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, security, and adherence to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and inventory software experience
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime during peak seasons
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
