Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with OSHA compliance
- Perform inventory audits and cycle counts to maintain 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical bottlenecks
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workstations per 5S standards
- Train on new automation technologies including conveyor systems and sorting robots
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain company training
- Strong attention to detail with order accuracy focus
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts including weekends
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn WMS software
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
